Silentium is seeking an Automotive Acoustics/ Audio Product manager to play a crucial role in next generation products carline planning, execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering, defining and prioritizing product and automotive OEM customer requirements.

 

Job Overview:

As a Controller & FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of Silentium Ltd. Working closely with the CFO and other members of the finance team, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, and provide valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.

 

Job Description

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position are the following:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Generate and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of financial models for strategic planning.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the finance team and other departments to provide financial information and support as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • A Big 4 Graduate in the high tech sector with 4 years’ experience top and/ or FP&A analysts with 2-3 years’ experience in high tech
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, CPA- an advantage
  • Excellent English
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
